JROA Governing Documents were updated and took effect on January 1, 2025. All Governing Documents are available to registered JROA members in their homeowner portal.
The most frequently asked questions include:
What is the Reinvestment Fee listed in the JROA Bylaws?
– A transfer fee went into effect on January 1, 2025 (review Bylaws & 1.10.2025 resolution)
Where should I store my trash and recycle receptacles?
– CCRs require all receptacles to be placed out of public view including from adjacent homes. The best place to store them is inside your garage. Rules are strictly enforced.
Where should I park my RV or other Recreation Vehicles?
– CCRs do not allow recreational vehicles or campers/trailers to be parked on your driveway, grass, or backyard. To submit a request for a concrete parking slab on the side of your home, ARC approval is required.
I am creating defensible space around my home, and my hot-tub and trash receptacles are now visible from the street and in public view. What should I do?
– Consider planting fire resistant plants or consider a fire safe panel. Fire safe panels must be constructed to align with the colors of your home and must be affixed into the ground or to your home. A Rubbermaid or similar brand storage unit is not approved. We encourage all homeowners to submit an email (application not required) to FCS and ask the ACC to review and approve prior to making the investment. Please send an email with photos to our property manager, FCS at jeremyranch@jrhoa.com. They will forward your email to the Board liaison for a response.
How do I dispose of tree branches?
-Go to our Wildfire Safety page and review the PCFD Chipping Program.
How do I speak to or contact a Board Member?
– Homeowners are invited to ask questions or comment at the JROA bi-monthly board meetings during the Open Forum portion of the agenda. If your matter requires attention prior to the next board meeting, please email jeremyranch@jrhoa.com. Our property manager will provide a response within 48 hours. If your question requires a board member response, they will respond as soon as possible. Please keep in mind, your board is made up of five volunteers, some who work fulltime and all who have personal and family responsibilities. Please be patient.
