Summit County Nightly Rental Requirements
*Note: The JROA CCRs do not prohibit nightly rentals, however the homeowner is responsible and must adhere to the JROA governing documents and Summit County ordinances. Summit County launched a Nightly Rental Concerns Hotline that is staffed 24/7 with trained operators who will forward the information they receive to the appropriate officials. Contact the hotline at (435) 615-3924. Calls and concerns related to noise complaints, law enforcement matters, or emergencies, should continue to be directed to Summit County Emergency Dispatch at 911. JROA violations such as excessive trash, parking, lighting violations, other safety and nuisance issues should be directed to FCS Management at (385) 695-6664 or submit a “General Request” through your homeowner portal. All inquiries are kept confidential.
