2026 Annual Meeting: March 26th at The Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club
Join us in-person on Thursday, March 26, 2026, 6:00pm-8:00pm at the Jeremy Ranch Golf & Country Club. A community social will be held from 5:30pm-6:00pm. Meeting agenda, candidate information, and other important information will be mailed to the primary homeowner address on file on or before February 18, 2026.
The annual meeting will be held in person only. Board elections will be held via Election Runner (online only). A link to Election Runner will be emailed to the primary email address on file on March 27th and remain open for five days. Voting will close on April 1, 2026 at 5:00pm. JROA Bylaws allow for one vote per member address in good standing. Please refer to JROA Bylaws for additional information.
There are two open board positions. Nominations are due by January 30, 2026 (to be included in annual meeting mailing). Homeowners are encouraged to submit a self-nomination or nominate a homeowner in good standing (refer to JROA Bylaws). Please submit nominations to jeremyranch@jrhoa.com and include candidate’s name, address, lot number, phone number, email address, and a brief bio including why you would like to serve on the JROA board. Floor nominations will be accepted at the annual meeting. Nominations received after January 30, 2026, will be added to Election Runner. All candidate’s will be given 3 minutes to introduce themselves at the annual meeting. Each term is two years. The JROA board meets bi-monthly beginning in January on the second Wednesday of the month. Executive session is from 5:30pm-6:30pm, Open Board Meetings are 6:30pm-8:00pm. Trustees are also asked to lead projects, and committees.
