Chris Eggleton is a lanky fellow with enough face-freckles to prove he spent his childhood salty and sandy in the waves of sunny SoCal. He blends the laid-back demeanor and professional litigiousness that stems from being the son of an entrepreneur and from the tutelage of internationally recognized economics professors.

Eggleton’s history as a portfolio analyst for one of the world’s largest asset managers and award winning marketing prowess, has proven to be a winning combination.

For nearly two decades, Eggleton has had the privilege of managing and developing real estate in one of the world’s most admired mountain towns – Park City, Utah. He has earned the respect of, and had the privilege to work for, a variety of clients – from a Top-10 TripAdvisor rated boutique resort hotel to 43-unit multi- family apartment building – and everything in between. Expertise includes managing associations/communities that total more than 1,500 residential units from Kimball Junction to Main Street, and from Deer Valley to Kamas, including Newpark Resort, Parkite, Empire Pass, High Star Ranch, and Tuhaye to name a few.

Eggleton and his business partner own leading real estate enterprises, including a brokerage, development and management companies that provide a full spectrum of real estate services including public entitlements, design, financial modeling, appraisal, creation & governance of associations, construction & permanent financing, construction management, sales/ leasing, marketing campaigns, project/ annual budgeting, collections, accounting, capital improvements, grounds maintenance, reserve planning, architectural design committees, emergency response and more.

He has the following community contributions: current Executive Committee Member of the Utah Tourism Industry Association; current Executive Committee Member of Mountain Life Church; current Board Treasurer and ACC Liaison for Jeremy Ranch Owners Association, Past Executive Committee member and Chairman of Board of Directors Park City Chamber of Commerce; past Executive Committee member and past President, Park City Area Lodging Association; past Chairman of the Control Board, Mountain Regional Water, and Alumni, Park City Leadership Class 18.

On days when not incessantly focused on efficiency and continuous improvement for his companies, clients and the community, he is a husband that married up, a father of three and has friends o’ plenty.
