Chris Eggleton is a lanky fellow with enough face-freckles to prove he spent his childhood salty and sandy in the waves of sunny SoCal. I blend the laid-back demeanor and professional litigiousness that stems from being the son of an entrepreneur and from the tutelage of internationally recognized economics professors.

For more than a decade, I have had the privilege of managing real estate in one of the world’s most admired mountain towns – Park City, and to work for, a variety of clients developing projects in Park City, Kimball Junction, Deer Valley, and Kamas.

I have been contributing to our community as Board Member and past Chairman of Board of Directors Park City Chamber of Commerce; past Chairman of the Control Board, Mountain Regional Water; past Executive Committee member and past President, Park City Area Lodging Association; current Executive Committee Member of the Utah Tourism Industry Association; and Alumni, Park City Leadership Class 18.

On days when not incessantly focused on efficiency and continuous improvement for my company, clients and the community, I am a husband that married up, a father of three and has friends o’ plenty.
