JROA has chosen to contract with an independent third party professional management company, Advanced Community Services (ACS).  Their main office is located in Lehi, Utah, with a satellite office here in Jeremy Ranch.  The principal partner of ACS is Jeremy Johnson who is a lawyer with significant  HOA experience.  Our principal representative from ACS is Sheldon Worthington.  ACS contact information is as follows:

If you are a homeowner, please register and use the Jeremy Ranch Member’s Management website (select the “Member Log-In” tab) to share your comments, suggestions and problems with us.  It’s easy to register.  It takes about 24 hours to verify before you’ll have access to all of the management website features.  The website has all the governing Documents, Architectural/Construction Application Forms, as well as our Financials and provides an easy way to make Payments on your assessments, and best of all an “Action Items” page where you can ask any question, make suggestions or bring problems to our attention.  By being registered, it helps us provide a more efficient and secure medium for us to send notifications to you rather than using regular email channels.
